Wisp — Jiminny Transcript Search

Built a search layer over raw call transcripts to surface customer signal faster. The tool indexes Jiminny exports and makes them queryable — filtering by keyword, rep, date range, and deal stage. Built because the native search didn’t cut it and we needed the data.

AI Document Extraction — Documo

Designed an AI-powered patient information extraction tool after 50+ customer interviews across clinical workflows. The insight: healthcare staff were re-keying data that already existed in faxed documents — our product eliminates that step.

Heartland Bike Share — 14× Scale

Grew Heartland Bike Share from 5 stations to a 3-county, 70-station network over seven years. Raised $3M+, expanded to Iowa (second multi-state bike share in the US), 10× staff, 18× revenue. Introduced e-bikes first in the BCycle ecosystem — 118% ridership increase, “Most Improved” at BCycle World.
